Film actress Yamin Haque Bobby has surrendered to the court and got bail in the case of murder with intent to steal and murder. He surrendered and applied for bail in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka on June 25. On Monday, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farah Diba Chanda granted his bail application on a surety of Tk 2,000 after the hearing. According to the complaint in the case, Shakib Uddoja has been working in the post of YN Center AGM for about 2 months. Abul Bashar and Bobby have been trying to forcibly occupy the restaurant named Bhuban on the 7th floor of that building for about 2 months. The owner of the restaurant repeatedly asked them to leave the restaurant, but they did not listen. Later, the owner installed a new lock there on June 23. At around 1 pm that day, the main gate of the Assumption building was blocked and security was sitting at the pocket gate. Before the security guard opened the gate, Abul Basar broke through the main gate with his car. It caused a loss of about one and a half lakh rupees. At that time, when Shakib’s office colleagues stopped him, Abul Bashar went to hit him with a car. When he moved away, Abul Bashar got down from the car and beat him. When Shakib intervened, heroine Bobby and Abul Bashar got angry at him and beat him to death. He took one lakh rupees in his pocket. It is reported that Bobby and Mirza Abul Basar jointly bought a restaurant in Gulshan’s YN Centre. The actress named the restaurant ‘Bobstar’ after her. Bobby and Bashar were supposed to pay Tk 55 lakh to the previous owner of this restaurant. First I gave a check of 15 lakhs and then 10 lakhs, but both the checks bounced. When the first party owner repeatedly asks for money, it creates a conflict between them. When the first party asked for money, Bobby and his partner Abul Basar kept threatening them. The owner of the building, Shahina Yasmin, filed a case in the name of 7 people including her son Jawan Al Mamun and 10 to 12 anonymous people. In the statement of the case, it is said that serious injuries have been caused by beating with intent to kill each other. Goods worth Tk 55 lakh have been stolen. A watch worth four lakh rupees was stolen. Apart from this, Tk 1 lakh 45 thousand in cash, one and a half full gold chain and an iPhone were stolen. which is not recovered. Regarding this incident, Bobby’s operation partner (associate) Abul Bashar said, “We signed a contract to open a restaurant. Originally it was supposed to be Bobby’s restaurant. I was the operations partner. I used to work on behalf of Bobby. I have also paid the rent for the month of May. Our investment has become like 80 to 90 lakh rupees. Now you see, when Bobby opens a restaurant, many people will be interested in the documents. That’s why we ask the owner for the building validation document. Day by day they slack off. This is where the trouble starts. Meanwhile, in a press conference on Monday afternoon, Bobby said that he was a victim of fraud in the restaurant business. Said, ‘This building was sealed after the fire in Bailey Road last February. But fearing not being able to save the restaurant in that building, the sellers set a trap to withdraw the money by selling it. We have been thrown into that trap.
